Organization Profile

ORG is the logistics center of the Portal ecosystem — this is where organizations, teams, and members are managed. Every organization, every role, every invitation passes through this application.

What is ORG?

ORG is the logistics center of the Portal platform — a centralized organization management system that allows you to create teams, invite members, and configure access rights.

While ORG itself works in the background, it’s a key connecting link for the entire ecosystem. Every application — including User Profile and Authentication — interacts with ORG to manage access and roles. This is where your team structure is formed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many organizations can I create?

There are no limits. You can create any number of organizations for different projects, teams, or purposes. Each organization is completely independent from others.

How do I invite members to an organization?

Go to the “Members” section of your organization, click “Invite,” and enter email addresses. You can immediately assign roles or do it later. Invited users will receive an email with a unique link to join.

Can I change a member’s role?

Yes. Owners and administrators can change member roles at any time. Go to the members list, select the desired user, and change their role.

Can I delete an organization?

Yes, but only the organization owner can delete it. Before deletion, we recommend archiving the organization — this will preserve data and allow restoration if needed. Organization deletion is irreversible.

What happens to data when a member is removed?

When a member is removed from an organization, they lose access to all resources of that organization. Their data and contributions are preserved, but they can no longer interact with the organization.
