What is USR?
USR is the personal profile management center on the Portal platform. It’s your personal space where you can manage personal data, configure notifications, choose interface language, and control security parameters.
While access to USR is provided through Authentication, USR itself provides all the tools to personalize your experience with the system. This is where you configure how the system works specifically for you — from interface language to privacy settings.

How do I change my name or email?
Go to the “Settings” section and select “Personal Data”. You can change your name at any time. When changing email, verification will be required at the new address for security purposes.
How do I configure notifications?
In the “Notifications” section, you can select the types of notifications you want to receive and their delivery channels. You can configure notifications separately for each application in the system.
How do I change the interface language?
In profile settings, select your preferred language from available options: Russian, English, Tagalog, or Arabic. The interface will update instantly.
How do I delete my account?
In the “Security” section, there’s an option to delete your account. Note that this action is irreversible — all your data will be permanently deleted. Before deletion, we recommend downloading a copy of your data.
Can I hide my profile from other users?
Yes. In privacy settings, you can control the visibility of your profile and personal information to other users in the system.
