These Terms of Service govern your use of our Platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Ibragimov SP (Sole Proprietor, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) regarding the use of the cloud platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

1.2. By accessing or using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1.3. If the User does not agree to these Terms, they must immediately stop using the Platform.

Important: By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

User	An individual or legal entity using the Platform
Account	A personal User profile on the Platform
Organization	A company or team account created on the Platform
Content	Any data, files, documents, or information uploaded by the User
Subscription Plan	A set of features and limitations available to the User depending on the selected plan

3. Eligibility

3.1. To use the Platform, the User must:

Be of Legal Age

Be at least 16 years of age (or 18 years in some jurisdictions).

Have Legal Capacity

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Provide Accurate Information

Provide accurate and complete registration information.

Accept Terms

Accept these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3.2. By using the Platform, the User represents and warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

4.1. To access certain features, the User must create an account.

4.2. When creating an account, the User agrees to:

Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the security of account credentials
Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access
Take responsibility for all activities under their account

Warning: The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.2. Payment Terms

5.2.1. Payment for paid Subscription Plans is made on a prepayment basis.

5.2.2. Prices are displayed on the Platform and may be changed with 30 days prior notice.

5.2.3. All payments are processed through secure payment providers.

5.3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided. By paying for services, the User confirms agreement with this condition. We encourage Users to try the free plan before subscribing.

6. User Content

6.1. Ownership

6.1.1. The User retains all ownership rights to Content uploaded to the Platform.

6.1.2. By uploading Content, the User grants the Company a limited license to store, process, and display the Content solely for providing the Platform services.

6.2. User Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for:

Data accuracy	Ensuring accuracy of uploaded information
Backup	Maintaining independent backups of important data

6.3. Prohibited Content

The following types of Content are strictly prohibited on the Platform.

The User must NOT upload Content that:

Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
Contains personal data of third parties without consent
Is obscene, defamatory, or harassing
Promotes illegal activities

7. Acceptable Use Policy

7.1. Permitted Use

The User may use the Platform for:

Storing and organizing documents
Managing personal or business data
Collaborating with team members
Any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms

7.2. Prohibited Activities

The User must NOT:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Platform code
Use the Platform for illegal activities
Transfer account access to third parties without consent
Create excessive load on Platform servers
Use automated means to collect data without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with other Users’ use of the Platform
Circumvent security measures or access controls
Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All rights to the Platform, including source code, design, trademarks, and documentation, belong exclusively to the Company.

8.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

8.3. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. The Company processes User data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.2. The User acknowledges that:

All data is uploaded voluntarily by the User
The Platform does not collect data without User knowledge
The Company complies with GDPR for EU users

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

10.1. The Company does NOT warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
Results will meet User expectations

10.2. The User uses the Platform at their own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Company is NOT liable for:

11.2. The Company’s maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last 12 months of using paid services.

11.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to all Users.

12. Indemnification

12.1. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

User’s violation of these Terms
User’s Content
User’s use of the Platform
User’s violation of any third-party rights

13. Term and Termination

13.1. Term

These Terms remain in effect as long as the User uses the Platform.

13.2. User Termination

The User may terminate at any time by:

Delete Account

Go to account settings and request account deletion.

Data Removal

All User data will be deleted within 30 days.

Confirmation

Receive confirmation of account termination.

13.3. Company Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend User access:

For violation of these Terms
For illegal or fraudulent activities
At Company’s discretion with reasonable notice

13.4. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

User access to the Platform is revoked
User data may be deleted after 30 days
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Modifications to Terms

14.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms.

14.2. Notice of material changes will be provided at least 30 days before they take effect.

14.3. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

15.2. If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

15.3. For users from the EU, GDPR provisions and EU consumer protection laws apply.

16. General Provisions

16.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company.

16.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

16.3. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

16.4. Assignment

The User may not assign their rights under these Terms without Company consent.
