License Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. General Provisions

1.1. This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Ibragimov SP (Sole Proprietor, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) regarding the use of the cloud platform.

1.2. By using the platform, the User confirms that they have read the terms of this Agreement and accept them in full.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the platform.

2. Definitions

2.1. “Platform” — a set of web applications available at *.ibragimov.uk addresses, including all features, services, and data.

2.2. “User” — an individual or legal entity using the Platform.

2.3. “Organization” — a company or team account created on the Platform.

2.4. “Subscription Plan” — a set of features and limitations available to the User depending on the selected subscription plan.

3. Rights of Use

3.1. The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform in accordance with the selected Subscription Plan.

3.2. The User has the right to:

Access Platform features according to the Subscription Plan
Store and process data within the Platform
Contact technical support

3.3. All rights to the Platform, including source code, design, and documentation, belong to the Company.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1. The Platform provides both free and paid Subscription Plans.

4.2. The cost of paid Subscription Plans is indicated on the Platform and may be changed with prior notice to Users.

4.3. Payment is made on a prepayment basis for the selected period.

4.4. Refunds are not provided. By paying for services, the User confirms agreement with this condition.

5. Restrictions

5.1. The User is prohibited from:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the Platform code
Using the Platform for illegal activities
Transferring account access to third parties without the Company’s consent
Creating excessive load on the Platform servers
Using automated means to collect data without permission

5.2. Violation of restrictions may result in account blocking without refund.

6. Data Privacy

6.1. The Company undertakes to protect Users’ personal data in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR for users from the European Union.

6.2. User data is not transferred to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6.3. The Company applies technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and absence of errors.

7.2. The Company is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data due to reasons beyond the Company’s control
Actions of third parties

7.3. The Company’s maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last 12 months of using paid services.

8. Amendment of Terms

8.1. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement.

8.2. Notice of changes is published on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

8.3. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

9.1. The User may stop using the Platform at any time by deleting their account.

9.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate services to the User in case of violation of the Agreement terms.

9.3. Upon termination of the Agreement, User data may be deleted after 30 days.

11. Governing Law

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

11.2. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
