Profile Settings

Your profile is your digital identity in the system. Here you control how other users see you and how the system interacts with you.

What You Can Configure

Profile settings are divided into several categories, each responsible for a specific aspect of your presence in the system:

SectionDescription
Personal InformationName, photo, contacts, job title

  • Company — organization or company name
  • About — brief description (up to 500 characters)

Regional Settings

Choosing Interface Language

The system supports several languages:

  • Русский (ru)
  • English (en)
  • Tagalog (tl)
  • العربية (ar)

After changing the language, the interface will update automatically. All menus, buttons, and system messages will be displayed in the selected language.

Content language (articles, documentation) is determined separately and depends on the interface language, but can be changed in specific application settings.

Appearance

Customize the visual design of the interface to your preferences.

Theme Selection

Light Theme

Classic design with light background — ideal for working in well-lit rooms and daytime use.

  • Better text readability in bright light
  • Familiar design for most applications
  • Less battery drain on OLED displays

Compact Mode

Enable compact mode to display more information on screen:

  • Reduced spacing between elements
  • Smaller font sizes
  • Compact tables and lists

Compact mode is recommended for large monitors. On mobile devices it may hinder interface interaction.

Privacy Settings

Control who can see your information and interact with you.

Profile Visibility

Account Deletion

Warning: Account deletion is a permanent action that cannot be undone.

If you no longer wish to use the system, you can delete your account. This feature is located in the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the Settings page.

How Account Deletion Works

When you delete your account:

  • Your account is archived (marked as status='archived')
  • All your personal data becomes inaccessible
  • You are immediately logged out and redirected to the authentication page
  • This action cannot be reversed

Steps to Delete Your Account

Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page where you’ll find the Danger Zone section with a red warning indicator.

Click Delete Account

Click the “Delete Account” button. A confirmation dialog will appear.

Confirm with Email

To prevent accidental deletion, you must enter your email address exactly as it appears in your profile.

Final Confirmation

After entering your email, click the confirmation button. Your account will be immediately deleted.

Before deleting your account, consider:

  • Downloading a copy of your important data
  • Transferring ownership of any organizations you own
  • Removing yourself from any active projects
  • This action affects only your user account, not organizations you created

What Happens After Deletion

  • You are immediately redirected to the authentication page
  • You cannot sign in with the deleted account
  • Your email address becomes available for new registration
  • All your personal settings and preferences are lost

Frequently Asked Questions

To change your primary email address:

  1. Go to the Security section
  2. Click Change Email
  3. Enter new address

  2. Hover over current photo
  3. Click the Delete icon (red X button)

Why doesn’t the interface language change?

Possible reasons:

  • Browser cache — clear cache and reload page (Ctrl+F5)
  • Changes not saved — make sure you clicked the “Save” button
  • Private mode — settings may not be saved in incognito mode

If the problem persists, try logging out and back in.

How do I make my profile completely private?

For maximum privacy:

  1. Set profile visibility: Private
  2. Email: Nobody
  3. Organization invitations: Nobody
  4. Organization list: Nobody
  5. Remove additional contacts (Telegram, LinkedIn)
  6. Don’t upload profile photo

A completely private profile may limit collaboration opportunities with other users.

All profile data is stored on our own servers:

  • Personal data — encrypted and protected
  • Profile photos — stored in secure storage
  • Settings — synchronized across devices
