Organization Settings

Configure your organization to meet your needs — from basic information to advanced security settings. Centralized management of all organization aspects in one place.

Available Settings

The organization settings page provides full control over your organization’s configuration. You can manage:

Basic Information

Changing Organization Name

Your organization name appears across all applications and notifications. Choose a short and clear name that’s easy to recognize.

  1. Open the Basic Information section
  2. Click on the Organization Name field
  3. Enter a new name (3 to 100 characters)
  4. Click Save Changes

Changing the organization name will affect all applications and integrations. Make sure all team members are informed.

Adding Description

A description helps members and partners understand your organization’s purpose and direction.

  1. Open the Description field
  2. Enter a brief description (up to 500 characters)
  3. Save your changes

Your organization logo appears in the header of all applications and in the organization profile.

  1. Click Upload Logo
  2. Select an image (PNG, JPG, SVG up to 2 MB)
  3. Adjust position and scale
  4. Confirm upload

Recommended size: 512x512 pixels, square format.

Setting Contact Information

Add contact information for your organization:

  • General inquiries email
  • Support email
  • Phone number
  • Website address
  • Social media links

Security Settings

Security settings apply to all organization members. Changes take effect immediately.

Password Policies for Members

Set password complexity requirements for all organization members:

  • Minimum length: 8 to 128 characters
  • Require uppercase letters: A-Z
  • Require numbers: 0-9
  • Require special characters: !@#$%^&*
  • Prevent password reuse: don’t use last N passwords
  • Password expiration: require password change every N days

Stricter password requirements increase security but may cause user inconvenience. Find a balance between security and usability.


Organization Notifications

Configure which events will generate notifications and who will receive them.

Recipients by Role

You can configure which roles receive notifications for each event type. This helps avoid information noise and deliver important notifications to the right people.


Danger Zone

Actions in this section are irreversible or have serious consequences. Exercise extreme caution.

Transfer Organization Ownership

Transfer owner rights to another organization member.

What will happen:

  • You will lose owner rights
  • The new owner will gain full control
  • The new owner can remove you from the organization
  • This action can only be reversed with the new owner’s consent

Requirements:

  • Member must have been in the organization for at least 7 days
  • Member must have 2FA enabled
  • Email confirmation required

Transfer process:

  1. Select the new owner from the member list
  2. Specify the reason for transfer
  3. Confirm the action via email
  4. The new owner must accept the transfer within 48 hours

Archive Organization

Temporarily freeze the organization without deleting data.

What will happen:

  • All members will lose access to the organization
  • Data is preserved but unavailable for editing
  • Billing is paused
  • Integrations are disabled

When to use:

  • Temporary project suspension
  • Period of inactivity
  • Team reorganization

You can restore the organization at any time.

Delete Organization

Permanently delete the organization and all related data.

This action is irreversible! All data will be deleted without possibility of recovery.

What will be deleted:

  • All organization data
  • History and logs
  • Invitations and members
  • Integrations and API keys
  • Billing and payment history

Deletion requirements:

  • Enter organization name for confirmation
  • Confirm action via email
  • Close all active subscriptions
  • Export important data beforehand

Grace period: 30 days. During this time, the organization can be restored through support.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change the organization name?

  1. Open Organization Settings
  2. Go to Basic Information section
  3. Change the Name field
  4. Click Save

The name change takes effect immediately and is reflected across all applications.

Can a deleted organization be restored?

Yes, within 30 days after deletion, the organization can be restored through support services. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

To restore, contact support with:

  • Organization name
  • Owner’s email
  • Approximate deletion date

How do I enable mandatory 2FA for all members?

  1. Open Organization Settings
  2. Go to the Security section
  3. Select the Two-Factor Authentication tab
  4. Enable the Mandatory 2FA for everyone option
  5. Set a setup deadline (7 days recommended)

Members without 2FA will receive a notification and setup instructions.

Where can I view the activity log?

The activity log is available in the Security section → Activity Log tab.

You can:

  • Filter events by type, member, date
  • Export the log to CSV or JSON
  • View details of each event
  • Track suspicious activity

History is retained for 90 days.

How do I export organization data?

To export all organization data:

  1. Open Organization Settings
  2. Scroll to the Data Export section
  3. Select export format (JSON or CSV)
  4. Click Create Export
  5. Receive download link via email (processing may take up to 24 hours)

What’s included in the export:

  • Organization information
  • Member list and their roles
  • Activity log
  • Settings and configurations

Download link is valid for 7 days.
