Managing Members
Members are the heart of an organization. Each team member contributes to achieving common goals, having the necessary access rights and roles for effective work.
What are members?
Members are people who work in the organization and have access to its resources and functionality. The member management system in ORG allows you to:
- Invite new team members
- Assign roles with different levels of access
- Track the status of each member
- Manage access rights to organization resources
- Remove or block members when necessary
Each member is linked to their USR profile and can be a member of multiple organizations simultaneously.
How to invite a member
Open the members section
Navigate to the ORG application and select the Members tab in the organization menu.
Click the “Invite” button
At the top of the page, find and click the Invite Member button.
Enter email address
Specify the email address of the person you want to invite. This email must be registered in the AUTH system.
Select a role
Assign an appropriate role to the new member. The role determines the member’s level of access and capabilities in the organization.
Send the invitation
Click Send. The invited user will receive a notification and can accept the invitation to their profile.
Member statuses
Each organization member has a specific status that shows their current state:
| Status | Description | Actions |
|---|---|---|
| Invited | Invitation sent, awaiting user confirmation | Can revoke invitation |
| Active | Member confirmed invitation and has access to the organization | Can change role, block, or remove |
| Blocked | Member’s access temporarily suspended | Can unblock or remove |
A blocked member cannot access organization resources but remains in the member list. This is useful for temporarily suspending access without removing the user.

When a member is removed:
