My Purchases

“My Purchases” is a section of your personal account where you can see the complete history of your sports slot bookings. Here you’ll find information about each purchase: status, venue, date, price, and other important details.

What is “My Purchases”

“My Purchases” is a financial report of all your sports slot purchases in the system. Here you can:

  • View purchase history — complete list from newest to oldest
  • Check purchase status — whether it’s paid, awaiting payment, or expired
  • See details — which slots are included in each purchase, payment amount, date and time
  • Track your schedule — when your bookings happen, what’s coming up

All your purchases are stored in one place — in the Finance → My Purchases section of your personal account.

How to open “My Purchases”

Open your personal account

Click on your profile in the top part of the screen (usually on the right) or open the user icon.

Go to the “Finance” section

In your account menu, find the Finance section (may be called Finance, Finances, or have a wallet/money icon).

Click “My Purchases”

In the Finance section you’ll see My Purchases (My Purchases, Purchases, or similar). Click on it.

You’re in the right place

You’ll see a list of all your purchases, sorted from newest to oldest.

If you just placed an order in SPORT, you’ll be automatically redirected to this page with your new purchase highlighted. Just don’t close the page and wait for it to load.

Purchase table structure

On the “My Purchases” page, information is organized in a table. Each row is one purchase. Here’s what each column shows:

Purchase ID (Number)

Unique number of your purchase, starting with #. For example: #12345.

The number helps you:

  • Reference a specific purchase when contacting support
  • Quickly find a purchase in your history (system highlights the right row)
  • Distinguish different orders in your history

Purchase statuses in detail

Each purchase has a status that shows its current state. Here’s what they mean:

Indicator: Green badge with “Paid”

What this means: Your payment was successfully processed. The system accepted your money, and your sports slots are booked for you.

What’s next:

  • Slots are reserved and cannot be booked by anyone else
  • You can start preparing for your game: check the arena address, time, get your equipment
  • If you need to cancel a slot, check the cancellation policy of the specific arena

What you don’t need to do: Nothing — everything is fine, payment went through.

Awaiting payment (Reserved)

Indicator: Yellow badge with “Awaiting payment”

What this means: Your purchase has been created in the system, but payment has not yet been confirmed. This is a temporary state.

Why this happens:

  • Payment is being processed (may take a few seconds or minutes)
  • System is waiting for confirmation from the payment system
  • This is a normal process, often status changes to Paid within a minute

What’s next:

  • Usually: Status automatically changes to Paid within a few minutes. Refresh the page and check.
  • If waiting too long: If status doesn’t change after 5–10 minutes, contact support. There might have been a payment issue.

Important: Slots with Awaiting payment status are temporarily reserved but not guaranteed. If payment fails, they may be released for other users.

Expired (Expired)

Indicator: Gray badge with “Expired”

What this means: Payment time has ended. Payment was not completed within the allowed time, so the purchase was cancelled.

Why this happens:

  • Payment was rejected by the payment system
  • User did not complete the payment process in time
  • Purchase validity period expired

What’s next:

  • Slots were released and can now be booked by other users
  • If you need these slots, you need to book them again
  • No money was charged (if the payment attempt was made)

What to do:

  1. Open Slot Search section in the SPORT app
  2. Find the slots you need again
  3. Add them to your cart and place a new order

Viewing purchase details

To see full purchase details, click on the row with the purchase you’re interested in. A detailed view will open with:

  • All slots in this purchase, each with complete information
  • Organization, arena, facility for each slot
  • Date and exact time (not just hours, but minutes too)
  • Price of each slot and total amount
  • Payment status and expiration date (if applicable)

On the details page you may also see additional information that can be useful for visiting the arena (address, contact).

“History” button in the panel header

At the top of the purchase details panel (next to the close button), you’ll find the “History” button. Click it to quickly jump to the purchase history block with a timeline of all events.

Purchase history block

In the purchase details section, you’ll find a “History” block — a timeline of all events that occurred with this purchase. It displays:

  • Purchase creation — when the purchase was created in the system
  • Payment — when the payment was processed, who made it
  • Refund (if applicable) — if a refund procedure was initiated

For each event, you’ll see:

  • Event type — what happened (creation, payment, refund)
  • Author — who performed the action (you or the system)
  • Date and time — exact time of the event

The timeline helps you track the complete lifecycle of your purchase and provides clear information about each processing stage.

On the “My Purchases” page, tools are available to make searching easier:

ToolWhat it does
PaginationIf you have many purchases, they are split across pages. Use arrows or page numbers to navigate.
SortingPurchases are sorted from newest to oldest by default.

Additional filters (by status, date, amount) may be added in future updates.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my purchase show “Awaiting payment” status?

This means the payment is still being processed by the system. Refresh the page in a minute — usually the status changes to Paid. If this doesn’t happen within 5–10 minutes, contact support.

How long does a purchase stay in “Awaiting payment” status?

Usually this takes from a few seconds to a few minutes. If the status doesn’t change after 10 minutes, contact support — there may be a technical issue.

What should I do if the status is “Expired”?

This means payment was not completed in time. Slots have been released. If you need these slots, open SPORT, find them again, add them to your cart, and place a new order.

Can I cancel a purchase?

After payment, cancellation depends on the cancellation policy of the arena where the slot is booked. Usually you can cancel a booking with a certain discount or penalty. See the specific arena’s cancellation policy for details or contact support.

Can I combine multiple purchases?

No, after payment purchases are fixed. If you need additional slots, place a new purchase.

Where can I see payment details (which card I used)?

On the purchase page you see the amount and payment status. Full payment details (last digits of card, payment method) may be shown in the expanded purchase view or in the Transactions section (if available).

Why are multiple slots shown in the table for one purchase?

If you placed an order with multiple slots from different venues, they are all part of one purchase. In the table each slot is displayed as a separate row within the “Slots” cell, separated by a line.

How long are purchase records kept?

Purchase history is kept indefinitely. You’ll always be able to come back and see information about your past bookings.

Can I export or print purchase information?

This depends on your platform version. Usually you can use your browser’s print feature (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P) to save purchase information as a PDF.

The “Transactions” page shows financial operations that go through the platform’s built-in payment system:

  • A card displaying your current built-in wallet balance
  • Ability to select the display currency
  • Currently, the balance is typically 0.00 (the feature is designed for future use)

  • History of all transactions processed through wallets in our system
  • Filter by operation type: top-up, withdrawal, refund, and others
  • Ability to sort and search operations

Important clarification: The “Transactions” section displays only operations that went through our platform’s wallets (top-ups and withdrawals). Direct card payments between you and the venue owner (which you see in the “My Purchases” section) are not shown here.

The wallet feature and additional financial tools are being developed. Stay tuned for updates!
