Organization Balance
Your organization’s balance shows how much money the platform owes you. It’s the sum of your earnings minus refunds and payouts. A key metric for tracking your organization’s financial health.
What is organization balance?
Balance is the amount the platform currently owes your organization. It’s calculated using the formula:
Balance = Earnings − Refunds − Payouts| Component | Description |
|---|---|
| Earnings | Money received from customers for services or products |
| Refunds | Money returned due to cancellations or returns |
| Payouts | Money already sent to your account |
Balance updates in real-time. After each sale, refund, or payout, the balance is recalculated.
Viewing your balance
Where to find your balance
- Open your organization dashboard
- In the left menu, find the Balance section
- The page displays your current amount for each currency
Multi-currency balance
If your organization works with multiple currencies, each currency is displayed on a separate line:
100.50 USD
1,250.00 EUR
50,000 JPYEach currency is stored and paid out separately. The platform does not automatically convert between currencies.
Understanding balance changes
What increases your balance
- New sales — each customer payment increases your balance
- Payment refunds — if a customer receives a refund, it’s reflected in your balance
What decreases your balance
- Payouts — when you request a payout, your balance decreases
- Customer refunds — if a customer returns money, your balance drops
- Fines and fees — if applied, they also reduce your balance
Balance history (operations journal)
To understand how your balance has changed over time, check the Transactions section:
- Open the left menu
- Select the Transactions section
- You’ll find a detailed list of each operation that affected your balance
Each transaction shows:
- Date and time
- Operation type (sale, refund, payout)
- Amount
- Currency
- Counterparty (who conducted the operation)
- Payout method used
When balance doesn’t update
If the balance shows an error or doesn’t update:
- Try refreshing the page (F5 or refresh button)
- Check your internet connection
- If the problem persists — contact support
Never assume your balance is zero if you see an error. This could be a data loading failure.

Frequently asked questions
Why is my balance negative?
A negative balance means you owe the platform more than you have. This can happen if:
- There have been refunds exceeding your earnings
- Fines or fees have been charged
- There are calculation errors (contact support)
The platform usually doesn’t require immediate payment, but it will affect your ability to request a payout.
When will I receive my money from the balance?
Money is only transferred through the Payouts section when you:
- Add a payment method (bank account, card, etc.)
- Request a payout of at least the minimum amount
- Wait for processing (typically 1–5 business days)
Simply accumulating a balance doesn’t automatically transfer money to you.
What is the minimum payout amount?
The minimum payout amount depends on the currency and payment method. You’ll find this information in the Payouts section when creating a payout request.
I see an error loading the balance — what should I do?
- Refresh the page
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser
- If the error persists — contact support
Don’t assume the balance is zero. This could be a data access failure, and the platform may hold money you can’t see.
